  • ISO 21898: Packaging – FIBCs for non-dangerous goods
  • UN Recommendations (Orange Book): For hazardous goods transport
  • BRC / ISO 22000: For food-grade production
  • IEC 61340-4-4: Electrostatic protection for Type B, C & D bags
  • FDA Compliance: For food contact packaging

PERFORMANCE & TESTING

  • SWL (Safe Working Load):
Indicates the maximum weight the bag is designed to carry safely. E.g., 1000 kg.
  • SF (Safety Factor):
The ratio of breaking strength to SWL. For example:
    5:1 – Single-use (disposable)
    6:1 – Multi-trip (reusable with inspection)
All bags are tested using top lift, drop, and topple tests as per ISO/UN standards.

UV stabilization protects the polypropylene fabric from degradation due to sunlight. FIBCs and woven sacks used in outdoor storage or transport are UV-stabilized to 200–1600 hours depending on application and region (e.g., tropical, desert, marine environments).

Baffle Bags (Q Bags) have inner panels that maintain the square shape during filling, preventing bulging. This leads to:

  • Improved load stability
  • Better palletization
  • 25–30% space savings in transport

Ideal for:

  • High-value materials
  • Dense, flowable powders
  • Customers needing container optimization

  • Uncoated Bags: 6–12 months (if stored properly)
  • Coated / UV-Stabilized Bags: 12–24 months

Storage in dry, shaded, and cool environments is essential for longevity.

LINERS & BARRIERS

PE liners or barrier liners (EVOH, aluminum) are recommended when:

  • Handling fine powders (to prevent leakage)
  • Product is moisture or oxygen sensitive
  • Electrostatic protection is required
  • Food-grade or pharmaceutical applications
Types of liners include:
  • Tubular
  • Form-fit
  • Bottle-shaped
  • Conductive liners

Yes, with special liners (up to 120°C). However, cooling time and material compatibility must be evaluated. Please consult us with your specific temperature and material specs.

LOGISTICS & EXPORT COMPLIANCE

  • 20 ft container: 80–100 FIBCs (stacked) or 10–14 MT
  • 40 ft HQ container: 200–260 FIBCs or 24–28 MT
  • Container liners: Can load bulk material (20–24 MT) directly in a lined container

We comply with and support documentation for:

  • CE, CO, Form A, EUR.1, SGS
  • UN Certification for hazardous goods
  • Food Grade Certificates (FDA, BRC, Kosher, Halal if required)
