FIBC Patterns

FIBC Patterns

FIBC patterns are engineered design configurations that determine how bulk bags are lifted, filled, discharged, and sealed to ensure safe handling, operational efficiency, and product protection. These patterns are customized based on material type, handling method, and industry requirements, making FIBCs adaptable for agriculture, chemicals, food, construction, and logistics.

  1. Loop Patterns (Lifting & Handling Options): Loop patterns define how the bag is lifted using forklifts or cranes. Standard options include corner loops for balanced lifting, cross-corner loops for improved stability, tunnel loops for single-operator forklift handling, single-loop bags for lightweight use, and two-loop bags for better control and easier hoisting.

  2. Filling Options: Filling patterns control how material enters the bag. Open tops allow simple and fast loading, spout tops enable dust-free filling, duffle tops provide protection while maintaining accessibility, and conical tops ensure even load distribution during filling.

  3. Discharge Options: Discharge patterns determine how material exits the bag. Flat bottoms are sealed for single-use cutting, discharge spouts allow controlled emptying, conical bottoms assist smooth flow of sticky materials, full drop bottoms enable instant discharge, and iris/petal bottoms offer precise flow control.

  4. Sewing Patterns: Sewing patterns strengthen seams and control leakage. Options range from simple stitching for general use to super dust-proof stitching for fine powders, ensuring durability, dust control, and structural integrity.

Together, these integrated FIBC patterns optimize safety, efficiency, and reliability in bulk material handling and transportation.
