Filling & Discharge Options

FIBC bags are available with multiple filling and discharge configurations to suit different materials and handling systems. Filling options include open top for simple and fast loading, spout top for dust-free and controlled filling, duffle top for easy access with added protection, and conical top for centered and uniform filling.

Discharge options include flat closed bottoms for single-use cutting, discharge spouts for controlled emptying and reuse, conical bottoms for sticky or slow-flowing materials, full drop bottoms for rapid and complete discharge, and iris or petal closures for precise flow control. These design patterns ensure clean handling, reduced product loss, improved safety, and compatibility with powders, granules, flakes, and specialty bulk materials across industries.

In addition to standard configurations, FIBC filling and discharge options can be further customized with inlet flaps, inlet skirts, combined spout-and-flap designs, and conical tops to improve dust control, hygiene, and load stability during filling.
